Terrible experience at Leon de Santa Amalia de La Florida. I went on Saturday, January 10th, for an alignment. They made me wait over two hours and couldn't do it because something needed to be done to the left wheel, so they rescheduled me for Monday the 12th. I arrived at 4 pm so they could do the alignment properly, but they made me wait another three hours before finally returning my car at 7:15 pm, seemingly ready. When I drove my car again on Monday, January 19th, on the highway, I still felt the car pulling to the left. I told my wife what had happened, and we started reviewing the alignment parameters they had given me. I realized that the first time they "aligned" my car, it magically transformed into a Chevrolet, and the second time, it transformed into a Toyota. It's important to clarify that my car is a 2023 Baic X35, so none of the parameters provided by the workshop matched any similar model or brand. I went to the workshop today, Monday the 19th, where I was greeted by the two workshop managers. I explained what was still happening with the car, and the branch manager told me they were going to put it on the machine to check the alignment. They kept me waiting for over an hour and a half, and they never even put my car on the machine… terrible service and poor workshop management. Now I have to wait until Thursday to see if they'll refund the almost 120,000 pesos they've already taken from me. Horrible… not even a word of concern for my safety and that of my family with a car that isn't properly aligned.
