Beware of this shop. I went there just for an alignment, but they ended up charging me for "geometry" that was supposedly necessary. The service went from $34,500 to $115,000, and the whole job took less than 20 minutes. I took the measurements to a trusted shop afterward, and they confirmed that the adjustments they made are part of a standard alignment, so they shouldn't have charged extra. The whole experience felt like an attempt to overcharge without justification. I recommend not authorizing anything at this shop without getting a second opinion.

I went to the Irarrázaval branch for a brake diagnostic (front brake pad replacement). They gave me an estimate of approximately $550,000. According to the salesperson, I had no brake pads left (they only had 9,000 km on them), contrary to what the technician who performed the diagnostic said, who indicated that I still had pads. Two different versions for the same estimate! In short, the charge for a brake pad replacement seems abusive and excessive, and having two different diagnoses at the same workshop doesn't inspire confidence.
