It's a shame that every time I go in for a flat tire, they give me trouble. They tell me they "don't have space," that "you're available for another four hours," that "I have to make an appointment," and it's all because I'm driving a less expensive vehicle. But when I'm in a Porsche, everyone rushes in and serves me immediately. They need to learn to treat customers without regard for the type of vehicle they're driving and provide the same quality of service to everyone. Pay attention to that, especially with the staff who serve you.

I've been a customer for years and I've never minded paying more for a good service. But the last few times I've gone, they've been way too pushy, trying to sell me more products and services than I need.
The last time I went in with a flat tire, they gave me an estimate to replace two tires, plus an alignment, plus a bunch of other things, which came to nearly $300,000. And they told me, in a very arrogant way, that it couldn't be fixed any other way. It was that or nothing.
I ended up finding an excellent mobile tire repair service that fixed the problem in half an hour for $20,000. I recommend looking for other places to get your car fixed.

Excellent service, it is a little more expensive but the professionalism makes up for it.
